Events and programs of tourist offices, hotels and tourist rooms within Damascus International Fair

Following up to the preparations of hotels and tourist offices for the Damascus International Fair, Engineer Bishr Yazjee, Minister of Tourism, met with the Board of Directors of the Chambers of Tourism, the heads of the Chambers and the representatives of tourism activities in the governorates and owners and directors of hotels to see all the preparations, services and activities of Damascus International Fair.
The Minister of Tourism pointed to the activities that the Ministry is preparing to launch at the Damascus International Fair. He stressed the importance of details of the activities, presentations and programs prepared by the companies and tourist offices and the hotel equipment and promoting them in the correct manner suitable for this sector. He pointed to the encouragement of any entity that carries out activities supporting tourism and providing new and diversified tourism products.
The participants reviewed their equipment in terms of providing internal daily trips in the Syrian governorates and communicating with all governorates to provide all the means of tourist attractions, activities and events that will be presented during the exhibition, the most important of which are the preparation of the national program for quality, the vision for the tourist villages, an expanded presentation for religious tourism, Open beach, internal tourism offers, tour guides, art and music performances. They also talked about the hotel facilities in terms of accommodation, catering, efficient cadres, transportation means and special events. They also stressed the need to provide all the possibilities that give a new light to the 59th session of Damascus International Fair.
